Most of us are exhausted — and yet we don’t know how to truly rest. Yoga Nidra guides you into a precise healing state between waking and sleep that researchers have shown is deeply restorative for both body and mind. The science is compelling. Beginning in 2006, the U.S. Department of Defense funded research at Walter Reed Army Medical Center studying Yoga Nidra with combat veterans — finding significant reductions in anxiety, insomnia, depression, and emotional reactivity. It is now offered at more than 50 VA hospitals nationwide and integrated into the Veterans Health Administration’s Whole Health Program. Clinical studies document its effectiveness for stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and poor sleep — and it requires no prior experience or physical effort. You simply lie down and follow a gentle guided voice. ✨What to expect ✨ : A brief introduction followed by a 40-45 minute guided session. Cancellations are allowed UP TO 48H BEFORE THE SCHEDULED WORKSHOP start time. After that NO REFUNDS are provided. If you cancel within the allowed time frame, a credit can be issued upon request.
