His interdisciplinary yoga and therapy approach can help unlock our physical limitations, through the practice of deep awareness and movement. By restoring lost function to our bodies and allowing each posture and movement to become a meditation, we can invite and instill inner quiet, so that the body, as our teacher, can speak to us.
