Service Description

Experience the perfect blend of movement and mindfulness in this class. Designed to link breath with fluid transitions, this practice not only builds strength, flexibility, and balance - but also places a strong emphasis on proper form and alignment. With clear, supportive instruction, you'll deepen your practice safely and effectively, whether you're new to yoga or looking to refine your technique. Each class offers a unique, empowering flow that leaves you feeling grounded, energized, and connected. The class would be a 30-minute yoga flow to energize the body and cultivate warmth (our yang), followed by a 30-minute yin practice to soften, release, and settle into gratitude (our yin). All levels welcome.
