In this unique 90 minute session you will be guided by the professionals of J & J Healing into a deep state of relaxation permitting your central nervous time to recover. Jodie and Jasmine combine gentle yet powerful Yin yoga poses together with the healing vibrational sounds played live by Jasmine.
Allow the soothing sounds of the oceanic waves, rainsticks, gongs and Tibetan singing bowls to wash over and "bathe" you as you glide through a series of seated and reclined poses, releasing tension, stress and balancing your emotional and mental energies.
This class is ideal for relaxing your overthinking mind, resting your overworked nervous system and reconnecting with your underutilized sense peace as you continue to navigate the winter months.
