Come join me for a 90 minute Yin yoga session where we will softly but deeply stretch muscle and revitalize connective tissue and stimulate  joint mobility.

We will finish time together by taking advantage of the Yin stretching with a 30 minute Yoga Nidra to deeply relax and go inward.
