Strawberry Full Moon Gong Meditation

For the Native Americans, the June Full Moon marked the time of harvest of ripening strawberries. Metaphorically, it speaks to the sweetness of Life, the gift of Now, the joy of long, warm days and carefree hearts.

We will harness and direct the lunar energy of this Full Moon with light breathing exercises, crystal bowls and Gong sound bath  clearing our electromagnetic fields , allowing the wisdom of the Sacred Sound to infuse healing in all levels of our being.
