Join us in a series focused on Chanting Beej Seed Mantra with sound healing. An inclusive circle of exploration with curiosity and an opportunity to experience the nourishing vibration of chanting Sanskrit through the sound of our voices.

Each class within the series will focus on gentle movement, followed by sitting and chanting seed syllables while tapping marma points on our bodies.  This is a tantric practice (Nyasa) for more profound healing and well-being. Last, students will gently shift into a calm, relaxed state through guided meditation and sound healing.

This series is safe and gentle enough for everybody. Allowing students to connect to their soul, deeper emotions, and other students within the circle. It supports increased focus and memory and may lower stress and tension. With all the suffering happening, this series is an inclusive place for people to release their offerings/prayers/intentions up to the divine.
