Autumn is a time to root, rest, and reset. Similar to trees that lose their leaves and return to their roots for nourishment, we also have an innate desire to reconnect with our own inner-resources to guide us through seasonal transitions. This is a Restorative Practice designed to relax the nervous system and better align with the changes taking place around you.
