About the Workshop:

In this unique workshop, we have curated a harmonious blend of ancient healing practices and modern wellness techniques to create an oasis of tranquility, serenity, and profound relaxation. It's time to let go of stress, tension, and worries and embrace a state of deep renewal.

What to Expect:

Restorative Yoga: Throughout the session, you’ll experience a gentle and nurturing restorative yoga practice, led by Karin, a certified yoga instructor. You will ease into supported postures using bolsters, blankets, and blocks. This practice encourages the release of physical and mental tension, allowing you to fully surrender and connect with your inner peace.

Massage Therapy: A skilled massage therapist, Erick, will work their magic, melting away any lingering knots or tightness in your muscles. The soothing touch of massage will promote better circulation, reduce stress hormones, and leave you with a sense of overall well-being.

Reiki Healing: Experience the profound benefits of Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique. Erick, a certified Reiki practitioner, will gently channel healing energy to help balance your mind, body, and spirit. Reiki can help release blocked energy and promote a sense of harmony, calm, and clarity.

Guided meditations: Written by Karin, a certified meditation instructor, will lead you through a calming and focused mental journey, helping you achieve a state of deep relaxation and mindfulness. This structured form of meditation can reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, and promote emotional well-being.

Aromatherapy with Essential Oils: Throughout the workshop, we will provide soothing essential oils that complement the meditations. Aromatherapy has been known to uplift the mood, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being, in alignment with the healing practices offered in this workshop.
