You’re warmly invited to our New Moon Dance Temple on Sunday, October 11th. This will be an afternoon to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself through movement, music, breath, ritual, and connection.
No dance experience is needed. Come exactly as you are - ready to move, release, reconnect, and listen to the wisdom of your body.
Together, we’ll create a sacred and welcoming space for women to let go of what no longer serves us and plant intentions for the new cycle ahead.
Dress in comfortable clothes that encourage your divine self expression, bring a water bottle and journal, and an open heart.
