New Beginnings: Spring Equinox, Intention Setting and Sound Bath with Tina.

Harnessing the energies of Mother Earth and in honor of the Spring Equinox, we will engage in a practice of intention setting using intention bundles made of gathered plants and trees that symbolically represent new beginnings.  We will then move into a sound bath meditation to integrate our intentions in alignment with the Spring Equinox.  Each participant will receive their own intention bundle to work with and take home infused with the energies of today’s practice.

Please bring yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal and mug.
