The Gong is one of the oldest instruments of healing and has been used for thousands of years in meditation, ceremony, and rituals. The rhythm and frequency of the gong, washes away tension as the sound moves and allows you to return to your natural state of being. The waves of vibration help open any blockages and elicit the relaxation response in our parasympathetic nervous system. Our brain synchronizes with the rhythm of the calming tones, and we down-regulate into the slower brain wave states. Here, we enter into beautiful meditative states and rest in connection with our True Self & bathe in the deeper waters of our True Being! We will begin our gathering with a mindful micro-technique to deepen our awareness and relax into 45 minutes of a gong bath.
