Level 1 & 2 Mixed Levels Hatha Yoga (75 min)

This class is based on the belief that there isn't one correct way to be in a yoga pose. Evelyne offers poses and pace in a way that allows you to choose the level of challenge that best suits your practice in that moment. This includes modifications, props, and alternatives. So, whether you have been practicing for a while and are working on your arm balances, are newer to the practice and exploring the foundational poses deeper, and anywhere in between - this class is for you. 

The class is appropriate for students with a solid knowledge of foundational poses and practices.
