Experience a slower pace of nourishing stretches and asana (postures) that offer the opportunity to explore the creation and dissolving of postures in gradual steps. In these classes, plenty of instruction is offered as well as modifications. Gentle doesn’t mean “no challenge;” with a gentleness of self, you choose the level of challenge that serves you in each moment. Gentle yoga classes are accessible to all levels, including beginners.
