The class is for all levels. Integrating mindful movement, fascial release with balls and breathwork to move energy in your body and release what is no longer needed. In the class you will learn to listen to your body through attention to sensations so that you may nurture yourself with kindness and compassion and reveal the body’s amazing potential to heal itself.
