About the event
Join local breathwork facilitator Heather Waxman and local pediatric physical therapist + Reiki practitioner Caroline Mazza for a nourishing and healing community breathwork ceremony. Fall holds an energy of introspection, contemplation, and drawing one’s energy inward. It is a season of letting go, releasing, surrendering, and freeing yourself from what no longer serves you. Using the practice of active breathwork, an active meditation that regulates the nervous system and heals the heart, you will be invited to go within, acknowledge and release what is ready to fall away, and plant seeds of intention for the future.
