You are invited to this beautiful class that combines the magical, transformative and healing effects of supported restorative yoga positions and experience deep relaxation with chakra healing with guided visualization, breathwork, sound, essential oils and reiki energy. You will receive group and one on one reiki healing.

In sanskrit, the word chakra translates to “wheel” and refers to the major energy centers in your body. The chakras correspond and directly affect our emotional, physical and spiritual well-being. In this workshop, you will be gently guided through a restorative series that has been designed by Maggie to create inner balance through the deep connection to the inner self ~ you can expect to deeply relax, destress and transform your body, mind, spirit on a cellular level.   This workshop is available to all ability levels, no yoga experience is necessary.
