Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep, a guided meditation and conscious relaxation to induce total physical, mental and emotional relaxation.
During the Nidra portion of class, you will be held and supported by the hammock instead of the floor while guided into meditation, allowing your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation. The brain will switch from beta to alpha waves, signaling the transition from activity to meditation.
Receive deep rest and restoration in this extremely healing practice. Essential oils and other healing modalities may be offered.
