Aerial Restorative Yoga Nidra and Gong, with Evelyne Serais

Come and join Evelyne for this sweet, kind and healing experience; a completely supported restorative practice using the usual props like bolsters blankets and blocks in addition to the hammock. 

In this class the hammock is positioned low to the ground to give you the antigravity feel other props cannot provide, gently stretching the spine and massaging sore muscles  Not flips or tricks in this class, just time to restore and heal in a nurturing supportive way.

Evelyne will guide you safely and simply into restorative postures closing with a Yoga Nidra relaxation and Gong sound bath.
