Mathias Degardin
Mathias Degardin is originally from Lyon, France. He played tennis his entire childhood and made it to the professional tour for a year. He found his passion in teaching and coaching tennis as early as 15 years old. He found his second passion in Yoga after his first major surgery; an ACL right knee surgery. With lots of time on his hands, and no possibility to play tennis or other sports, Mathias started practicing yoga daily, in an effort to speed up the recovery process. Mathias immediately fell in love with Yoga and felt the improvement in his body and his mind almost instantly. Yoga became a permanent routine in his practice schedule. His teaching is centered around 4 pillars: Breathing, Posture, Core, and Mobility. Throughout those four pillars, Mathias' goal is to teach a yoga class that will improve your strength, range of motion, and breathing; which will all positively affect your racquet sports skills!
