Colleen is a Master Integrative Coaching Professional and former Global Trainer at the Ford Institute of Integrative Coaching at JFK University, a Certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor, has studied Self Discovery Conscious Awareness Techniques, attended the Strozzi Institute, is a Certified Montessori Teacher and is a graduate of the Academy of Inner Science: Timeless Wisdom Training, Group Coherence Practice and Collective Trauma Integration.

Colleen developed the Awareness Based Operating Systems programs and, in 2013, began offering a series of classes to cancer patients at Yale New Haven Health to allow them to participate in their healing. Several years later, she expanded the programs into Norwalk Hospital. At the nurses request, Colleen has since developed ABOS programs specifically for the nursing community. These programs are currently being rolled out across the entire Yale New Haven Health Systems Oncology Centers. Additional programs for other groups of medical professionals are currently in development
