WALK-INS ACCEPTED This class will focus specifically on loosening up the main areas of your body which are the hips and the shoulders. There will be a specific focus on core strength and good posture as it is essential for healthy living and injury prevention. One of the main goals is to be able to breathe through your nose with muscles of your body around the lungs that are loose enough that the student can take fuller breaths. The four pillars of this class are Breathing, Posture, Core, and Mobility. This class will help anyone who is looking to be healthier.
