Join Evelyne and Patrick for a Yoga and Meditation Retreat, September 10-16, 2023, on the magnificent Mediterranean Island of Corsica, France. Experience Corsica, in France known as "L Ile de Beaute" (island of beauty) with like minded yogis to enjoy the blend of French and Italian cultures. DAILY OFFERINGS (all Optional): Morning Silent Meditation with Patrick and Evelyne Hatha Yoga with Patrick / Kundalini Yoga with Evelyne Yin Yoga with Evelyne / Nidra Meditation with Evelyne Meditative Hikes with Patrick KUNDALINI IMMERSION OPTION: For the Kundalini practitioner curious to delve deeper, Evelyne will be offering 3 themed immersive sessions, 9:30am-12:30pm (Afternoons and evenings are still free time). This immersion is eligible for 6 Continuing Education Credits. We will be staying at the Residence/Hotel Dolce Paese, located in the center of the beautiful picturesque village of Algajola. Every room has a sea view and our hotel has direct access to the beach. The yoga schedule is designed to allow ample time to explore the island: Visiting rustic villages and local artisans, sitting at outdoor cafes, enjoying the local wines and "spécialités". Take a nap under an olive tree, try water sports in the warm mediterranean water, hike in the mountains ... All easily available on this vibrant yet peaceful island.
