Join us to allow the body to open up slowly, encourage the mind to slow down, create a meditative space for the best version of you. Jodie will lead you through a class complete with purposeful passive holds using provide props such bolsters, blankets and blocks to support the body. Inviting the body to surrender into shapes for longer periods of time relieves tension, increase flexibility, calms the nervous system and encourages fluidity in your body’s joints and thoughts. Practicing this way helps to target the deeper connective tissues around the shoulders, neck, hips, pelvis and lower back creating suppleness throughout the body. You will leave feeling grounded, flexible, rejuvenated, and refreshed in your mind and body!
