Join us for a deeply nurturing blend of breathing practice, and meditation as we open to the fresh, soothing energies of Summer blending with Fall. The evening practices will include the healing vibrations of the gong, chanting, pranayama, harmonium and bansuri flute...bathing you in a healing and nourishing sound vibration of Universal love.
