Cost: Early bird $35. After September 19th $45 Join Mahan Rishi Khalsa and Nirbhe Kaur Khalsa for a Workshop at our off-site location on the beach in Lordship, CT. Join us for an evening of unwinding and releasing into a blissful and peaceful evening, blending the sublime merging of day into the night. Through meditative stillness, gentle Kundalini practices, Bansuri flute, chanting, Gong Immersion and Deep Relaxation we will flow into a restful space of rejuvenation and balance, bringing forth deep peace and healing.
