This is an all-level class, beginning and ending with savasana cradled in cocoon position. Evelyne uses safe guidance in and out of poses, using deluxe flying yoga hammock to elevate you off the floor, simplifying your inversions, deepening your hip openers, bringing space to your backbends with less effort and zero compression.
