The First Wave ~ Opening to a New Season

The Fall equinox is a unique day of the year when we can discover the balance between light and dark, and allow the past and future to merge in the present.  It can be a time of re-balancing our inner environment as nature transforms on both inner and outer dimensions.  

Through these practices we will come to know this change of seasons as an opportunity to access a deeper understanding of our underlying motivations and energies as we pause, and cultivate a meditative perspective on our lives.  Through this workshop we will breathe deeply into this first wave of Fall and find the deeper presence of peace and healing that this new season offers.
