Join us for a deeply restful Relax & Renew experience designed to calm the nervous system and support gentle renewal.
We’ll combine restorative yoga, soothing massage, guided meditation, and therapeutic sound healing to help your body release tension and your mind settle down.
You’ll be supported in comfortable, fully propped positions while also receiving gentle hands-on massage to encourage deeper relaxation.
This is an opportunity to pause - step out of doing mode and into receiving, supported by the props, the breath, the sound, and the shared calm of the room.
No experience or flexibility is needed.
