About the event
This class combines a wide variety of Kundalini and other types of breath practices, to move the practitioner into a deep state of meditation and inner peace.
Each class will start with a balancing alternate nostril breath, followed by various pranayama practices, and closing with a short quiet sitting meditation.
A perfect way to start off your day from the comfort of your home and prepare you to move towards a daily practice.
